Lauren (she/her) is a co-owner at Mariposa and has been with the company since 2019. She is Project Manager for the installation division. Lauren has been in the landscaping industry for over a decade. After graduating from UC Berkeley with a Bachelors of Science degree in Conservation and Resource Studies, she went on to study Horticulture and Landscape Architecture at Merritt College.

Before joining Mariposa, Lauren ran her own landscaping company doing Design, Installation and Maintenance of CA native gardens for residential clients. With Mariposa, she started as Crew Leader where she learned our methods of construction and then moved into her current role of Project Manager. She is a systems thinker with a mathematical mind and enjoys problem solving. In her free time, Lauren likes backpacking and camping, hiking with her dog Pip, playing music with friends, game nights, and cooking.
